At Red Studio, we don't fake it. A signature 50-minute session, Cardio Move blended with Barre Pilates: it moves, it burns, you sweat together. Then 10 minutes of yin yoga and meditation to wind down as one. A real moment, far from a long brunch, to mark the occasion with the women who matter.

Depending on your group, we push harder on the cardio or lean into the barre, with a shorter or longer meditation close. The energy adjusts, the intensity stays.
