Indoor under red light, outdoor in the open air, or private: three formats, one ritual. 50 minutes, Cardio Move blended with Barre Pilates, the instructor sets the tempo. Always, to close, 10 minutes of meditation.

Cardio Move
You move until you lose the image. The instructor isn't a coach: she's a human metronome. Dim light, sound that pushes. You leave emptied; you come back lit up.

Barre Pilates
The body redrawn from within. Every movement counts twice: once for form, once for attention. You walk out longer, denser.
Meditation.
The room empties of everything except breath. Breath held, guided breathwork. Ten minutes to bring down what the music took up.
Whatever the session, Cardio Move as much as Barre Pilates, private or group, each one closes with these ten minutes.
Private session
The Red Studio was born from private coaching.
A more intimate format, designed as a blend of gym training and mat Pilates, centred on silhouette, endurance and lasting transformation. It's through this method that the most striking results appeared, particularly in weight loss and body recomposition.
The group version grew out of the same foundation, reimagined for a more immersive and more intense experience.
The treadmill gives way to Cardio Move, mat Pilates evolves into Barre Pilates, and the session ends with 10 minutes of meditation to slow down, breathe and reconnect the body.
